Appointments
Appointments are essential and can be made by calling the practice. Consultations are usually 45 minutes or longer for specific services.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify me as soon as possible so that we may schedule another time, if unable to attend an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice (I understand that sometimes “things happen” which make this impossible.)
Please be aware that a 100% non-attendance fee is charged if sufficient notice of inability to attend your appointment is not given. This fee is not claimable through health funds or Work Cover.
Referrals
As Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, referral from your doctor is not essential to obtain a health fund rebate. However, it is recommended that you see your doctor for a referral for Work Cover and Motor Vehicle Accident insurance treatment.

Hours of Operation
The practice is open Monday to Friday 8.30 am — 5.00 pm for Physio appointments.
Pilates sessions available – as per Pilates timetable found here
After Hours
After hours & home visits may be offered for those who are unable to attend the practice, particularly those with severe pain or disability. There is an additional fee for this service.
Concession Rates
Medicare does not cover Private Physiotherapy treatment, unless requested by your doctor through the Enhanced Primary Care Programme. A subsidy is provided by Medicare on up to (5) physiotherapy (or other Allied Health treatment) per calendar year for any treatment deemed to be chronic & complex. Full payment is required on the day and then your Medicare claim will be lodged with your rebate being paid direct by Medicare into your nominated account.
